The study evaluates TAP (Teacher Advancement Program) and TIP (Teacher Incentive Program) which includes average teacher bonuses of $1,100 in year one, $2,600 in year two, and larger bonuses of up to $15,000 in later years. The findings in year two of the study were consistant with year one which was no increase in student test scores.
